Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you wear. Every NeoGoddess product is created on demand to reduce waste and promote sustainability.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly replace or refund it — no hassle, no hidden conditions.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
You received the wrong product or size.
The item arrived damaged or misprinted.
The product is defective or poor quality.
Because our items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for:
Buyer’s remorse or change of preference (size, color, or style).
Incorrect address or delivery refusal.
Return Procedure
Email support@neogoddess.ca within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and clear photos of the product issue.
Our team will review and issue a replacement or refund within 3–5 business days.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items that arrive damaged or misprinted. If you need a replacement for the same product, contact us at support@neogoddess.ca with the details.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After production begins, cancellation is no longer possible.
